Sitting down with each client, Seth works with you to develop a menu that is not only flavorful but that is inspired by the season, the guests and occasional fits of fancy.
Specializing in French cuisine, Chef Seth will develop menus that use these traditional techniques to include a broader cooking style that includes Northern Italian, Spanish, American Regional and Mediterranean cuisines. Full rich flavors, beautiful presentation and freshness coupled with experienced staff and attention to all the details will make your dining experience memorable.
Dinners for four, weddings for one hundred, passed hor d’ouevres for 50 … Food by Seth will insure that your guests will be delighted. We offer many additional services should they be desired such as silverware, dishes and glassware as well as work with some clients to create tablecloths and napkins, organize flowers and entertainment … all within a budget that works for each client. In addition, should you wish to use a location other than your home we have a large number of private casas and haciendas as well beach side locals at which to hold your event.
